Request deletion
Release preparation draft. The external contact route and legal wording must be verified before public rollout. No web account or child browser access is provided here.
From the mobile app
- Sign in to Parent Mode.
- Open your family controls and choose “Request account deletion”.
- Confirm with fresh password authentication when prompted.
The request goes to the BrainBloom administrator for review. Approval revokes family sessions and schedules prompt deletion of active parent/child data, targeted within approximately 7 days. Restricted security/compliance records follow the approved retention policy.
If you cannot access the app
A verified external support contact and identity verification procedure must be published here before the Google Play rollout. This draft deliberately does not advertise an unverified mailbox or pretend a request has been submitted.
